Accommodation
Ground floor only: Enter into the open plan living room, kitchen and bedroom. There are fitted units and appliances in the kitchen, comfortable sofa and a chair, a wall mounted flat screen TV, unlimited WiFi, a bedroom area with 4'6" double bed that can be screened off from the rest of the apartment, a bathroom with shower over the bath, shower screen, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.
Exterior: There is a small patio outside the front door with railings.

    No 1 is in Wentworth House and has 9 steps up from the road to the front door, and no steps once inside the property. No 1 is 100m from the main quay in St Mawes, you are at the bottom of the hill.
