(Fraggle Rock for everyone of a certain age!) The artists' haven of Portscatho is well worth a visit, as is Veryan. with its famous round houses.

Communal entrance hall: lift from ground floor (which is slow) and stair case to 3rd floor.
Third floor only: Enter into the hallway with doors to: Open plan living / kitchen and dining room, amazing, south facing views across St Mawes Harbour to Place Manor and the Percuil River. Beautifully decorated and furnished with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, and a well-equipped, fully fitted kitchen. Master bedroom with 5' bed and storage. Twin bedroom with storage and an ensuite shower room with WC and hand basin. Family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin.

    Saturday change overs during season
    ​Electricity, heating, bed linen, and towels are all included. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
    A security deposit of £250 will be pre-authorised on your credit / debit card.

  • Parking and Accessibility
    Parking can be found at either, the main public car park (400m) or on the Quay (100m) but this is more expensive.
    Pennant is in Wentworth House and has 10 steps up from the road to the communal entrance area. There is then lift (or stair) access to the third floor and no steps once inside the property. Pennant is 100m from the main quay in St Mawes, you are at the bottom of the hill.
